‘Studio Biz and All That Jazz’ is a Podcast that celebrates and supports performing arts businesses and discusses important industry related topics for Studio Owners and teachers.
And I absolutely loved being a Guest on the show once again!
It was amazing to find out that my episode was the most popular podcast in this series for 2023!
Unexpected and rewarding I must say!
Moving into 2024, most of you would know, having followed my journey over the past decades, that my interest has very much spilled over into mindfulness and well being and I am thrilled to be speaking and presenting The Joy Maker Experience in a number of arenas these days.
I recently spoke at a training event for a huge construction firm called MCNAB and I had all these construction guys up on their feet doing Mexican waves, clapping, laughing, and playing with a heap of balloons. It was hilarious and a real reminder that, as teachers in the arts, we have a huge range of skills that are not the norm for the everyday world ha ha ha!
People were coming up to me and saying things like:
” Wow – that was so much fun! You have so much energy”
Well – I was running about the place in a very animated fashion!
[ as I know you can all imagine ha ha ha]
Anyways…this is a real passion of mine now – bringing strategies for energy, enthusiasm and joy to people in all places and careers!
