Tapatak Oz Exams are an amazing experience for all concerned – students, teachers and the examiner. We have a huge amount of content in our exams that the children are required to master and we believe in giving honest feedback that both applauds what is great, but also encourages development. We certainly believe our program develops technically strong tappers with a unique and creative technical and performance edge. But if our syllabus requirements are more demanding than your current syllabus and our marking structure different – then yes – your results may differ as you embark upon our tap program.
However as many of our dance schools have found, by following our detailed instruction and implementing suggestions from our free feedback at the end of our exam sessions – the tapping standard and JOY for tap soon turns around and a huge leap forward may be made. As with anything in life – you get out what you put in. So if you want to change the tap culture and tap standard in your school – implementing a more challenging syllabus is certainly a good place to start.
